We had a great Easter Weekend. We spent it mostly the same way we did last year, and it was great to be able to spend time with both sides of the family.
The Easter bunny just happened to stop by and visit Boston on Saturday morning because he knew that we wouldn't be home on Sunday morning. He brought her a super cute outfit, a bunch of little toys, and way too much candy. She had fun looking around the room to find all the candy that he left her.
Our cute little bunny! She loves Ni-hao Kailan!
Later that afternoon we went "Eastering" on our annual picnic with the Walkers. It is always freezing cold on our picnic, but we double up on jackets and tough it out for the sake of tradition. The kids don't seem to let it bother them too much, and despite the cold we always have a really good time.
All of us enjoying our lunch.
Me and my man, we took a picture just like this last year, I guess it is tradition now.Boston had a blast just drawing in the sand with a stick.
Jordan is such a good sport to play with the kids.....
.....So is Nana Walker. The grandkids just love her!
After our picnic was over we headed up to Great Grandma Cosgroves in Brigham city to spend the night and spend Easter Sunday with them. We spent a little time Saturday night coloring Easter eggs and then had a big lunch and Easter egg hunt on Sunday between conference sessions. It was a lot of fun!The fam coloring eggs. We forgot to bring Boston an old shirt, so this was the best solution.
What a pretty girl!!!
Boston and her cousin Anaston were they only kids around for the Easter egg hunt this year, so they both got tons of candy, and had lots of fun too!
Our family on grandmas porch.
Me and my little sweetheart.
Boston had lots of help with her egg hunt!
